Our sleeves use medical-grade compression and high-quality fabrics to provide a secure, snug fit. Measure around your thigh 4 inches above the center of your knee. If you're between sizes, size up.

Large: 16-18 in (40-47 cm)
X-Large: 19-21 in (48-54 cm)

Should the sleeve fit snug or should I size up? Our sleeves contain moderate to firm medical-grade compression, so they're designed to fit snugly to provide the necessary support. We strongly recommend measuring carefully and choosing the size based on our chart.
How do I wash the knee sleeve? Hand wash and air dry to prevent shrinkage or quality loss.
How long can I wear the sleeve? We recommend wearing it for up to 8 hours, then taking a 2-hour break before continuing use.
Can I wear it under clothing? Yes, the ultra-thin profile allows discreet wear under any outfit.
